I look weak and am weak.
Forever alone. :c

I'm also the type where all the fat in my body decides to center at my stomach. So I have about an inch of fat on my stomach, but underneath you can feel the muscle. It pisses me off because I look weird if I'm not sucking in all the time. This being because my arms and legs are normal if not a little on the thin side.
Holy stuff are you my clone?

Uh, muscle is a good thing guys.  Both physically and mentally.

Well yeah, that's why I'm (and rockslide i guess) are saying we have strength, but even if we worked out 24/7 for a week we wouldn't be ripped in the slightest.

I'm neither fit nor tubby.  I'm like noodles. ~~~

Then work out :C a good one for the arms is the sitting bench machine. You sit at it, and do benches but sitting. It's pretty much the same as benching, so either I guess. The roman chair is good for core work, and the pull-down machine is good for arms as well.

Join a gym :C

Gyms are money sucking hell holes.

Invest in a nice weight bench and other stuff and use them forever, free of monthly charges.

You can even get buff with your own body weight, there's like 20 variations of pushups and pullups that work different muscles. Yoga and plyometrics are good too.

I suppose. I've just always had access to a gym, my mom works in fitness so it's pretty much free for me.

Or you can do low-budget house workouts. Put your feet under furniture and do sit-ups, push-ups are easy, do curls with milk or juice cartons (drink until their the weight you want). That's a little extreme, but it does get the job done.

The best cardio IMO is biking. It's more fun that running, and you get around faster, and it can be used as a practical form of transportation most times.

I'm strong, but there are different build types, some that define muscle, others that don't. I'm the type that makes it look like I'm a flabby sack of stuff. But I'm fairly strong.
