You have to sleep, just tell her you'll talk to her tomorrow. No matter what the other person is going through, a rule of thumb is to at some point put in some consideration for yourself. It's so you can cut around the bowl, then insert the cut hair into the bowl, mix with mayonnaise, then consume. Pretty simple.
