Idk why he followed me but I lost him by putting on my bike breaks he past me strait up and I turned around and went home omg idiot.

He was following because he went down every street and if I was to stop he would constantly pass me up keeping an eye on me also I just know stuff and how it works

SO he was patrolling 1/4Th of a road and then suddenly starts patrolling the road I went down? and he was trying to be non suspicious which he failed at also I had a Friend with me I swear he was following us he had to go around because we stopped so abruptly.
