My metabolism is naturally running at 1,700mph. I've recently started lifting and taking weight gainer. I need to do as much as possible before basic training. I've gained about 10 pounds. I'm hovering around 160 right now.
Oh. I haven't checked in over two months, honestly. But my metabolism is pretty average. Last I checked I weighed 130-ish, but that was after dropping ~25 pounds, so I'm probably more towards 140 again.
i jelly. I've never been able to fluctuate my weight unless it goes down.
