Well it's an old model BB-pistol.
It's modified to shoot BB's and spike pellets. The "Underbarrel" is the pump. I'm working on finding a more effective way of loading it.

Oh and it's pretty nice isn't it it's a Daisy Model 183 with the Custom Vincent Mod. More pics in the topic i'll make for it.
