I only drink water (no sodas/caffeine), eat healthy, go to the gym, run, and sleep from 2130 to 0430 every night.
I see. I can't/won't do some those because:
1. The nearest gym is a while away.
2. Metabolism makes it so I can eat forever and won't gain weight
3. I don't sleep much.
What I do is I take and I use the stairwell when going to the kitchen and at the top is a pull up bar so I do 2 pull ups and a mid-air crutch when I walk past it.
I also like to walk around town and bike ride but my bike got a flat.
