you're probably exactly the same as i wasthought i ate a lot, and i did, but when i actually counted how many calories had a day it was absolutely nothing compared to maintenance levels
i get the normal quota of calories but unfortunately i love sports so i normally burn 1/4 of them off :(
well you shouldn't be working out every night if you've got a fast metabolism for starters, that's a great way to burn off the calories that you need to growyou're not eating enough if you can't gain weight. i literally drink 4 litres of milk a day and take in like 5500 calories and i only JUST manage to gain

Milk is the absolute stuff. I'm on 6 pints a day atm, best thing for gaining weight. That and burger king.

If you actually counted your calories for a day I bet you'd be eating a lot less than you thought you were. That was the case with me too.
