Never used it it has only the machines that are on guide rails and I hear stories about how horrible those are for teaching you bad technique and damaging your joints and stuff with bad form and having shoddy results from lack of resistance.

Also I look a lot better I have a visible 6 pack now and more defined arms and chest but my lack of appetite is hurting me pretty bad I've lost another 25 or so lbs. I am down to 140 which is like 60 lbs. underweight I'm surprised I don't really look that scrawny but I definitely don't look beefy.

I definitely look much more beefier than I did when I took that camp photo of me above, I can lift a lot now, got a defined 6-pack and starting to work on my pecs more, I might work on my lower muscles more. My lower muscles are strong anyway, my thighs are forget huge when tensed.

I used to be really really scrawny 6+ months ago, it was actually scary for me, but yeah, I started lifting and stuff and now I'm gaining musclular strength.

I wouldn't go overboard with the ripped muscles though, it looks stupid plus it isn't my style. I do like to have a bit of beef on me though and look slightly hench.
