But that quote is a theory, right? You should still take it easy, my dad used to lift quite a lot and he thought it was one of his biggest mistakes because he ached like mad when he got older, he keeps having to eat dairy, says the doctor. (sounds like a loving stupid doctor to me anyway)
My brother is quite strong though, he isn't ripped but he can definitely lift a decent amount of weights.
I'm just keeping an eye out, I just don't want your body getting damaged from lifting a lot, that's all.
