I think its the hair glasses thing.
You would look a million times better with shorter, messier hair and a pair of specs with more style. That shirt is really too stiff as well, you even have the top button up which makes it look like you are about to put a tie on.
Ever seen those mugshots of 80's creeps and they always have big plain glasses and that kind of unstylish haircut that has grown out too much but is strangely tidy? Yeah, thats what I see. 80's rapist is all I could think of, maybe I mean more like an 80's office worker. Somebody drab and dated anyway.
