Eyebrows are too bushy/masculine and haven't been penned/pruned which is a dead giveaway when trying to pass because they are usually one of the first things people notice about you, and women are very careful to thin them. Try investing in some eyebrow-care tools and make-up to make them more passable.
Another tip I would provide is that dressing androgynous or attempting to look so will get people to look at you more and attempt to 'figure you out'. I've had more success dressing girly than I have in unilove clothing. This tends to include make-up and hairstyles as well. Blouses and shirts with plunging necklines draw attention away from the broad shoulders men tend to have - it is the frame of the body. Women have a smaller ribcage, and by extension, smaller collarbones. By having the focus on the front of your body and not the edges it makes it more difficult for people to see the size discrepancies and your overall upper body frame.
I wouldn't suggest a part in the hair like that, either, unless you can really pull it off. Men have foreheads that are more noticeable/slope more than women and a full set of bangs can cover that up rather well. Parting it like that, however, draws attention to a non-feminine trait - I can't tell very well because of the quality of the photo. Plus I would try to do something to draw attention from the jawline. It's square and definitely masculine. Women have a narrower, rounder jaw, as seen in the image.
