here have my shin

I received the right gash during shin conditioning yesterday. Some blood flew to the wall near my heavy bag, it was awesome-- was one hell of a tornado kick if I do say so myself

and the left is a combination of parkour, tag, old skating shoes, and sore legs from shin conditioning the day before. I definitely hope this stupid thing doesn't turn into a scar. Kinda worried about it though, because it hasn't bled as much as it should've after I cleaned it and it doesn't look like it's scabbed up enough at all, hence the lack of dark red in the picture

But dude, scars automatically give you bragging rights.

im sorry but uh
shin conditioning??

for the gash, sure, but the scrape?
"how'd you get that scar?"
"slipped trying to vault a fence"

basically the same thing with fists-- conditioning them strengthens the bones, once given time to heal, so you can hit things harder w/o causing internal injury. Had I hit my heavy bag as hard and fast as I did without my two years of conditioning, my shin would've shattered

oh man, why
Hate my boss, he's a total richard and I'll be going to university in september so might aswell quit that bullstuff.

look at this idiot wearing sunglasses in the dark

ill be sure to tell that to the sweet little girl who's porch i was help building this week and she was nice enough to give me her shades in return.
