You can say that isopropyl alcohol is bad for your skin, but you can't say don't do it.

Pretty much everything that helps with acne is bad for your skin. In fact, pretty much everything is bad for your skin. You have to weigh the benefits and the cons. For some people, isopropyl alcohol will really, really help with their acne. Everyone's skin is different, and some people react better to some things than others. Does that make it good for their skin? No, but the benefit outweighs the negative. For other people, it'll dry their skin and hurt it and destroy it. Is it worth the try? Maybe. Be careful, and be open minded. Harm reduction is always a plus.

You shouldn't let it get dry. If your skin feels dry you should use moisturizer.

You shouldn't let it get dry. If your skin feels dry you should use moisturizer.
