i messed that up.

1) download new drivers from official video card site, not alienware
2) uninstall old drivers
3) restart
4) install the new downloaded ones
5) restart
6) try game

I have two video cards, so I download two new drivers right?

if one of them is the board's integrated one, ignore that.
if the 2 your talking about are SLI or crossfire'd then the single download and install once would be enough. the same drivers would support the cards together

They are both the same except for the current display mode. How do i know if it is integrated?

Okay, I'm following Badspot's tutorial to update it, but they don't have ATI Radeon 4850; it only goes to 4800.

mine does the same thing every other time i join a game or start a game

As you can see, I have a ATI Radeon HD 4850 model. On the website, however, the highest model they have is the 4800 model.

The 4800 driver is for every card that starts with 48XX, Such as the 4850, 4870, ect. Download that one.
