Hexadecimal text is a type of code that websites use.It does work with blockland and can be used to make epic builds and text usages.Just type the codes into the client/print boxes in events.Here are some of the basic colour codes.

Red=<font:type:size><color:FF0000>TEXT
Green=<font:type:size><color:66FF33>TEXT
Orange=<font:type:size><color:LFF9933>TEXT
Light Blue=<font:type:size><color:3399FF>TEXT
Dark Blue=<font:type:size><color:330066>TEXT
Normal Blue=<font:type:size><color:0000FF>TEXT
Black=<font:type:size><color:000000>TEXT
White=<font:type:size><color:FFFFFF>TEXT

All coded colours contain 6 characters.

Mkay, it's not hexadecimal. Hexadecimal is just the #FF4080 part, etc.
It's called TorqueML, which is removed from the chat by default.
(You can still use it in events though, which is what you said.)

Er, can't edit, but your color codes are way off on some.

Pure green is #00FF00, not with the 66 red hue and 33 blue hue.
There's no L in hexadecimal, and pure orange is #FF8000.
Technically, light blue is #8080FF, and dark blue is #000080.
