I believe you can have two of the same name.

I think that's how the original offset ACTUALLY started. In v1 of retail, was it even "Blockhead#" or just "Blockhead"?

Badspot is ID 0 but Blockhead1 The unbound ID's are still ID+1=Blockhead#. So ID 1337 is Blockhead 1338 and no one else. As for the Taking unused ID default names, I think it would make the ID the blockhead and reset your name to the last used one.
