I use Torque Constructer and I made a map that I wanna try out so I exported my map to add-ons as a
dif file, so I put the stuff i got from exporting into a folder, but my map dosn't work so i looked at one of Badspots maps and the only thing I'm missing is a .mis file how do I get the .mis file so i can test my map?

No..No..Noo...
Ok first of all, you export it to shapes.
I think that is base data shapes.
Then you go into mission editor (Cant help with getting into it)
and look in world creator or somthing like that, shapes, then choose your thing.

Mustard's just handicapped, you did it right, just open up an existing map, then work from there.

No, that is if you want interiors that are already made.
You have to export the map to shapes, then import it into mission editor
EDIT:Ohhh....So you want like a slate edit or a map with no walls or objects?Idk how.

So I open a map from mission editor?

Open it in mission editor, then press alt L

If you mean open up my map in mission editor i can't I need a .mis file

Naa, you get one when you export it from mission editor. Export the map to shapes, then import it in world editor in mission editor, then alt L.

Wait do I put my exported thing in a folder in shapes or what?

Just stick it in the shapes folder.

When I pressed ctrl l didnt do anything

When I pressed ctrl l didnt do anything

Here's a tip: Don't listen to Mustard; he is an idiot that doesn't know anything about what he talks about.
