Well it's the new year and I got a new Flash, so I was thinking.

I need my artist buddies to help me out on this. I was thinking of revamping Jeffy, remaking him completely from scratch with some new flare to him. Any ideas? Also, I'm not putting a terminator eye on him. He's not that kind of update.
