Homing Semi instant kill bullets that can't even be out ran by a jeep seems a bit over powered.

dude, this wep is a noob factory. You don't even have to aim and it instakills most vehicles.

This Homing Vector ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!

On my Harry Potter TDM when people killed me thier team got owned by this Weapon. :P

But could you make it so when you are really far away or really high up make it so you can shoot from there, ETC - Bedroom Ceiling to Bedroom Window.

And I might make a Pet RPG Mod or a Colourset with some Default and the Colours that are not in the Default like Purple or Violet or Dark Yellow. Or even some FX Cans that makes it put Snow on the Bricks but you can still see that Bricks Colour. ETC - Green - Grey - Grass - Metal.

The laser scripts don't check 'miniGameCanDamage', only if the two are in the same minigame - if I added this weapon to my version of Team Deathmatch it would probably aim at teammates over enemies, whether Friendly Fire is on or off

Actually, if Friendly Fire is off, it wouldn't be able to damage teammates (although it aims at them) so the weapon would just be totally ineffective, firing backwards...

It's good to have a megaweapon in deathmatches, it makes them fun.
Just put it somwhere, REALY hard to get to.
It starts to fail when everybody has one.
