Fast metabolism?

And, sorry for the novella I wrote.

It's cool, man. I enjoyed reading it.

Alright.

I have more to say. Just thinking of how to word it.

I would also like to get into this, but I need to get in shape. :P
If anyone wants to see some really good videos of parkour/free running the look up "hybrid movement" on youtube. This is one of the best videos I have seen on Youtube.

Look up Modern Day Ninja. He's extremely well known, and does Parkour.

I love ninjas. I take a juijitsu class and have 2 bokens. I have also been planning to buy grappling hook and climbing claws. Also, I know how to make the explosive powder that the ninja used. ;D

Do want all of that stuff. NAO

You're all talking like the people here want to learn parkour as a profession. Most of the people in this thread simply want to do it as a hobby, all of these push ups and sit ups are really not necessary.

Actually, they are. If you want to build arm muscles when it's cold outside in the winter, but you don't want to train parkour at the moment, push ups are a good way to keep in shape. And the sit ups allow your body to be more flexible in your back.

Pfft, I don't do any of that and I'm still good at parkour. Well actually, I do go to the gym but not for working out, to learn flips and forget around, all that really does is improve my flexibility.
Again, it's only a hobby, no need to be superman to do parkour.

That's true. I go to the gym aswell. Or I go to the gymnastics club to practice flips on the trampoline and the padded floor. :3

but I need to get in shape.
Fatty

I wanna learn to do it too, I can do pull-ups and all that already so I just need to learn to do flips D:

Parkour isn't flips though.
Try doing some vaults.

I didn't really want to know how to do parkour, since i live in a small-ish town, and would look like a handicap doing it. I just wanted to know how to get in shape :)
