how do i post stuff from photobucket to forums?

I just made my photobucket account and i was trying to app for a clan so i made something, took screenshots but then couldnt figure out how to post my screenshots on blockland forums.

Upload the image to photobucket, go to the image on photobucket or hover over the image, copy the IMG thing, then paste it into your post

And please, keep the multi-posting to a minimum, it's quite annoying for me, unless you're trying to bump the topic, but other wise, it's annoying
