When I saw the topic I thought 'oh another city build' then when I seen it almost shat myself.

you should split up the build and make seperate sections of it, like make a downtown part, the stadium in a different save file, and the rest somewhere else.

cause id love to see this baby finished up.

Yesterday we hit the 128000 brick limit and cannot build any further which is a shame =(.  I certainly could have cleared a few things to get more bricks but there is no point, we would have hit the limit just as fast.

You can change the brick limit by (before starting a game) go to advanced config.
