You do know, this won't stop the income of clans. No one listens. Never.
MrCookie makes a good point. I'm afraid this jumble most likely won't stop clans from coming. Learn to cope. Laugh at the ones that fail so excessively because there outline was "I dunt wnt noobs en mah cln", deal with the small "ma' and pa" and exclusive ones, learn from the most successful ones and most miserable ones, and lastly, just join a clan you want to join. I must admit there are several clans that are un-needed or "bad", but it shouldn't matter to you unless:
A. They are being noobs to you
or B. Your in the clan and trying to fix it.
For A, just report them. And for B, take it up with the clan leader. Don't whine about it on the forums. If you REALLY want to bring it up, at least do it in a civilized manner, with a better written statement and NOT already have two failed clans on your back...... Quite sorry, but topic:
