Can someone tell me the difference between Admin and Super admin?

Super Admins have power over just normal admins. If in a server an Admin is playing up and banning for stupid reasons, the Super admin can ban or kick the Admin.

And btw is the host a super admin or does the host overpower all?

I believe on some servers that only S admins can update the server. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Only the host has the ability to use the Server Preferences menu.

Admins can kick and ban admins, the only main difference is immunities to bans and kicks, also if you have RTB, server control :D
