In the movie blade they are killed by silver.
Pretty sure in Van Helsing he kills them with silver or something.

I read a 'Vampire Survival Guide' and it was about real vampires, but it said silver killing them was a myth

The movie was horrible. The only part that was somewhat funny was when they were in a diner and there was someone dancing naked outside the window. :o

There's a GUY in my class FFS who sheeps to it only because his older sister does. He thinks what ever she does is 'cool' when she really isn't that cool.

From what I heard. When the first vampire book was written, it said that it could turn in to more then just a bat. That a vampire is just more prone to use bats due to their similar nature.
