I'm searching a 10mhz (not sure) Infrared frequency test thing it should be this sound that's unhearable for human ears.

ultrasonic, not infared. I think audacity can generate frequencies. Have fun.

Indeed, this sound was long ago used to annoy teens. Now it's even used on mobiles. 

Am 17, played the sound for a second and can still hear it. I find it quite disturbing, though. D:
