Is it possible to have 2 dedicated servers up? I just want to know so i can have 2 up.

Yes, but I have no idea how to be able to join both. Only one shows up on the Query LAN list, because Query LAN only queries the default port, and you have to set the second dedicated's ports to 29000-29030.

How do i set the seconds, i know how to but do i have to download another blockland and port forward again for that one.

Yes, download another Blockland, instead of putting it in C:/Program Files/Blockland, put it in something like C:/Program Files/Blockland2. Then port forward 29000-29030 instead of the default which is 28000-28030. Then launch the second dedicated. The only thing is that I have not figured out how to have it so you can access both from the hosting computer. Only one is visible from the LAN screen for me.

Ok, i will try it, i still wish i knew how to access them both.
