Organize! All I have on my desktop is Recycle bin(durr), Google chrome, "stuff folder", blockland, and iTunes.

All I have usually is crap I downloaded (Patches, installers, stuff) and Recycle Bin. Everything else is taken care of by RocketDock.

Too lazy. If it overflows, I put it in a folder. As you can see, there is one called Desktop on my desktop. I have 4 folders filled already of unsorted desktop crap.
