The 47 suffix on the AK-47 is short for 1947, when the weapon was first designed. Coincidentally, the war ended before 47.

Ever heard of the Afrika Korps? We did fight in Africa, there was something there the national socialists wanted. But yes, for the most part, we fought in Europe.

Anyway... not to beat this dead, flamed to death, thread, it is way to ridiculous to ignore. It's all well and good to make requests for things (if a little annoying when you don't reciprocate) but it is another thing entirely to announce a project and ask others to do the brunt of the work without some level of humility and expect people to want to help.
