Question about city RP

How come this failed is it because it only works on dedicated servers or is it some other reason?? because I think it's good except for the fact it works on dedicated servers only.

You clearly haven't noticed that there's still hundreds of them, despite it being failed.
It gets boring, quickly, and Jookia wrote various parts, including the onPlant sloppily, at best, making it horrible to use.

Oh I can't make a dedicated server so i never tried it and it's not because I don't know how to start it it just quits blockland so I might have liked it but i might have not.
