Meh, even though i'm british, i won't defend "England" on this debate, they dumped loads of english evacuees in Wales, drowned a village in north wales called Tryweryn to be a water resovoir but they never used it, forced us to work in mines in the victorian era, and let's not forget the "Welsh not" in schools back then.
That's some of the reasons why there are less people speaking welsh today.
And i am one of those pure welsh-speakers (But i learned english at 3-6)
But still, i don't agree that america completely won the war.
