Rocket Launcher Sound Not appearing?

Whenever I shoot a Rocket Launcher or Explode something I never hear the explosion...
This just happend today... I deleted my old addons and stuff... Could that be a problem? >.>

Oh... Thank you! I go on my friend's server too and the explosion sound dissapears but it dosen't in single player. Probably because he has waaaay to many addons enabled. >.>
