I tested it, Not very good, when punching someone you should use two hands (one at a time), and you don't swing them up and down, you "punch" i.e move them towards where your looking.
Someone made a boxing gloves add-on in V8 in which, The punches moved in the direction the person was looking, it used two fists, and you could block, which reduced damage from attacks. Why not take that one, and remodel it, fix the script up for V10/V11, host a testing server, THEN post it.
