also is there a way to convert a .dif back to a .map for editing?

Okay, then I have a question how do people edit the bedroom by changing textures. I thought it would have to be converted back to a .map and open it in Torque Constructer or something.

They just open the default textures and edit them in paint or whatever. Torque interiors aren't like maps in other games where the textures are stored in the map file, just unzip map_bedroom.zip or whatever it's called and edit them.

oh, thanks. but do you know if there is any possible way I could get rid of that damned carpet in the kitchen? It gets in the way of my builds.
