I don't hate 10K's, they are so common now they bother me.

People have been saying this for a long time. Usually it goes away when something big and new comes out. Right now everything is stuck on city RP instead of other mods so there is little variety, just usually DMs, Freebuilds and City RPs.

The title should be more, "The Blockland community isn't as good as it used to be..." because the game itself is the best it's been since the release of retail, we're on v10.

I think to solve the problem, badspot needs to stop selling keys until everyone is somewhat smart again, then start it back up again so the newcomers can learn.

That is how the 1k's learned. I remember how they all were like now but less annoying, but now they are all like masters.
