Sketchpad is not a modeling program. Well, ok, it is, but not in the sense of the ones they're talking about. It's meant for buildings. MilkShape is meant to be used to make models for things like Blockland Add-Ons. And there are other modeling programs than MilkShape, just look around. I hope I'm right on all of this.

Sketchup is fine though, if you're good with it.
Quite a few good models have been made in it.
