Make a horse ladder and climb up there, they might have some VERY important information on them, and were placed there by Badspot (Explanation for his keenness to reply to the topic).

i got really close to getting them earlier, by jumping on an orcs head and using VSB to go up.

I didnt know that Badspot placed them there, but i wouldnt be surprised if they are blank and he told everyone that important information was put on them :D
