Vechial issues

I'm having trobble spawning vecials.  THEY WON'T SPAWN!! are there any addon's, setup's anything that would prevent me from spawning vecials, ANYTHING, HELP!!!!  inf. 's and  aswell as afew  's XD

like he said, also are you in any unequal land areas? is there flat land around the spawn? is the spawn closed in by any other bricks? depends on what vehicle. had this to me in map valley on a base plate block, think i was to close to the edge of it.
