Help with FRAPS

I finally bough the full version of FRAPS, and I'm so happy about it. It works great with Gmod and Blockland, the only problem is: How do I record the sound directly from the game? It only seems to want to record from my microphone, and if it isn't plugged in there is no sound at all.

Is Sound input Default? If so you're going to have to set your "Speakers" as the default sound to record, this is a bit tricky seeing as I did it like a year ago and I kept having to switch with my Mic till I found out how to correct it.

Pretty sure there's an option for it on the video tab

Well it says that my sound input is "Default" and my sound device is "Microphone (Realtek High Defini...". So, how do I change my speakers to the default sound imput?
