there is absolutely no difference in any of them.
starts out soft, gets slightly louder, then back down for one run, then goes to loud, gets increasingly louder then back to soft for a measure or two, back to loud and end.
only difference is whether the end just cuts off at loud, leaving an awkwardness to the song or whether it gets all quiet again, letting you realise how repetitive the structure is.
