I'm a beginner in making add-ons, but I already downloaded Milkshape and the torque game engine demo (150 dollars is too much for me :D)
I already modelled something, but I don't know how to go on!
Do I have to place joints?

I also wanted to say that I don't know how to script, so if there is a tutorial for that, please tell (I'm making a gun).

I personally find Blender much easer. There are some very good tuts on youtube you can look at.

Go the the materials tab, then click on the <none> and choose a material.
