Press F8.
People can see you 'teleporting' when your in F8. When your in F8, you pretty much leave your player body and fly around as a glowing orange orb. It's like being a ghost. Press F7 to appear again.

Like this:
You press F8 in the Bedroom, you fly out the window, and you press F7. You are now outside the window.

It also appears RTB purposely blocks it, because of conflictual stuff. I really don't know why.
