Cannot Host My Own Server -Anymore-

My Server was one working, it was portforwarded and everything, but now I've checked on it and it comes up dead.  Any help will be appreciated.

Please anyhelp would be great even if you just have an idea how to fix it.
My server was once working fine but all the sudden its not, the only idea i have now is that my Security system is blocking it.

Well this happens to me sometimes, for some reason my static IP changes randomly and so I have to go back into my router and change the Static again to match the one it changed to. Idk if you have the same problem, just look over your stuff in your router page and your statis and ports and make sure everything match up.
