How do you make a package?

I have a script, and I was told I need to package it, and put it in my server.cs
I'm not sure how to do this, can someone please give me detailed instructions? Thanks.
One reason is, the package is a .zip file, so how can you put a .zip file in a .cs file?  hmm...

You put the cs file in a zip file. Not the other way round

make a description.txt file, if you want to know what your supposed to write, then look at other add-ons for an example. Then create a .zip file and drag the .cs and the description.txt file into it.
