Anime = Other site (Full body), I cut it down to the head.

Trans = Did that all by myself, took like 10 minutes, because of all the flying hair and crap, which in the end i just deleted.

Good quality = That was easy, all i had to do was, before i resized it to 75x75, i clicked Adjust, then Soften, then Soften More, then it got really blurry, then i resized it, and, great quality! (I use Corel Paint shop pro.)
