As far as I know, V11 has nothing new except brick physics. That and some bug fixes, but V9 and V10 had bug fixes, and I didn't notice any difference in bugs.

v9 fixed the getting in vehicles and being hurt bug.
v10 fixed the hitting the tank with a hammer while in the turret to make it fly bug, unfortunately :(
