That's no valid reason. If you honestly felt compelled to make a new clan to back up your old one, then you should not start it until the old one dies.

Because you're suspected of lying about some of your members, and you really put no effort into both of them.
Before you even ask why that's true, here is your answer:
1) Your first post is terrible
2) Your joining requirements suck
3) The name SKUL GANG has nothing to do with events
4) You have minimal clan rules
5) Ask around, or read through your other topic and you'll get why.
Not to mention you made two topics for the same clan, and then started a second.
