Tourettes? That was his excuse? If this represents the majority of the next working human generation, I just want to kill myself now than be surrounded by thousands of these unprofessional spam-offs a workplace until retirement.
Tourettes syndrome applies only to spoken word, in which one says phrases or keywords without having any recognition of the event. Since it applies to spoken word, he can't say crap like that on the internet without having a microphone chat system and have it possibly be due to tourettes. Furthermore; it is impossible for him to be typing that stuff due to a control fluctuation because without knowing that he's doing it it would be too hard for him to impulsively spell out all of those weak insults and not make at least 30 typing errors.
In conclusion all he's saying is intentional (and in my opinion very weakly worded, he's probably in some degenerate English program at his school).
