I'm trying to make an account on steam, so my dad can buy me css and garrys mod : ). But when ever i finsih everything it ses like "Your account creation request failed, please try again later." any clue?

sorry if in wrong catagory. should it be in this or games?

already found out it wokred when i downloaded steam. LOCKED
