He is banned I think.  He looks like he is just going to servers and taking a sample of all of the names/id's in the server nothing to worry about.

If you see one of us in-game, you can type in "who is [ID]", and as long as it's in the DB!
We are "sapping" IDs simply by joining a server. Well, really, Trigun has the script that can visit all the servers at once :) I just have the one that grabs the IDs then puts them on the DB.
